Jade Moffat Herman is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Lead for IBM Australia and New Zealand, driving initiatives in education, sustainability, and corporate engagement.

With a career spanning Australia, New Zealand, England, and Denmark, she has led impactful programs that connect industry and education, ensuring students have access to opportunities in emerging fields.

A former high school teacher, Jade’s firsthand experience in the classroom sparked her passion for bridging the gap between learning and industry. She has been recognised as a thought leader in workforce development and a champion for women in STEM, serving as Chair of the Robogals International Education Board subcommittee.

Dedicated to creating meaningful change, Jade continues to drive initiatives at IBM that empower students, support educators, and shape the future of corporate social responsibility.
