Enrolment Information
Ready to enrol a sibling of an existing student in a Sydney Catholic School? Here’s how it works.
Please note enrolments are accepted one year prior for primary schools and two years for secondary schools.
Before getting started save time by having the below documents photographed or scanned and ready:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Certificate
- Parish Priest reference form (if applicable)
- A small, recent photo of the student
- Baptismal and Sacramental Certificate/s (if applicable)
- Most recent school report (if applicable)
- Most recent NAPLAN results (if applicable)
- Evidence of residency status (if applicable)
- Diverse learning needs assessment (if applicable)
- Relevant medical information/Clinical assessments (if applicable)
- Log into Compass, using the Compass portal from the school your other children are enrolled in
- Select the
icon in the top right-hand corner - Scroll down to ‘Family & Enrolments‘
- Click ‘Create a new student profile‘ for the sibling of your currently enrolled child
- Follow the prompts to complete all mandatory fields and upload supporting documentation
- When a student’s profile is complete (including all supporting documentation)
- Click ‘Create an application‘ to start the application for another Sydney Catholic School
- Follow the prompts to complete the application

Your first preference school will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the next steps in the process.
