Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Randwick began in 1881 when the building was under the care of the Franciscan order based at Waverley. Lay teachers and religious sisters including Poor Clares, Loreto Sisters and the Sisters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart all helped teach the students of the school.
