Year 2 students at St Aloysius Catholic Primary School Cronulla have come up with a plastic-fantastic way to save our oceans.

Using Lego robotics, they have written code that allows their systems to move and sense objects around them.

This follows a visit to their school last term by Plastic Free Cronulla who showed students how they can contribute to keeping our oceans plastic free.

Students have since been busy working collaboratively to design, build and refine digital systems that can catch plastic and remove it from our oceans.
