St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School Sutherland is a primary school that caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The school was founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1924 with 26 enrolments and entrusted to the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1950. In 1954, the sisters began the secondary school on the same site until Mary Immaculate College construction began in 1959. Today, parents and students participate in a variety of social justice initiatives as a practical way to live out Nano Nagle’s Motto.
