Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) continues to be a thriving and growing contemporary educational community with over 150 schools, more than 71,000 students, 10,000 staff and a large alumni community.

About the school

St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School Summer Hill, is a dynamic and inclusive school with a vibrant community. At St Patrick’s, we provide holistic education to each and every student. It’s our privilege to work in partnership with families to develop the thinking, skills and faith of our children.

Our experienced teachers and staff play an integral part in the leadership of the school and have a key role in the development of a rich and varied curriculum. Delivering 21st century teaching pedagogy, the school has invested in their teachers to shape actions, judgments and teaching strategies utilised. Individual students’ needs, backgrounds and interests, as well as theories of learning are taken into consideration in formulating the approach to learning. We know that when students are happy, they are more engaged with their learning.

Offering extra curricular opportunities such as music, sport, ICT and public Speaking, students are encouraged to explore and develop their talents, whilst connecting with others.
