About the school

Happiness is the ‘hearts’ factor and we empower students to take an active role in feeling happy at school. We want students to feel cared for and cared about, we want them to enjoy learning and enjoy their time with each other. We also want our children to be a part of a learning environment that supports them in realising their full potential. This is the ‘minds’ factor. At St Brendan’s, we use a growth mindset that underpins our teaching and learning philosophy. We model this attitude by not saying ‘I can’t do that’ but rather ‘I can’t do that, yet’.
