We have a unique opportunity for an ICT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our talented ICT department in a permanent role. The ICT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing the ICT interests in SCS building projects, including data cabling and active network/AV equipment infrastructure. As a project manager, you will manage a portfolio of related projects which will include a requirement for extensive consultation, negotiation and management with a range of user groups and other key stakeholders, ensuring proposed systems improve business practices and are aligned with the principles established within SCS operating frameworks.

Essential Criteria

  • Associate degree / Advanced diploma in Electrical Engineering or telecommunications
  • Qualifications and training in audio visual technologies
  • Project Management certification (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent)
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in Routing & Switching, or equivalent level of major networking vendor certification
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
  • Current NSW drivers licence
  • The flexibility to adapt to change with positivity
  • Be an honest, effective and transparent communicator when dealing with all stakeholders
  • Capacity to commit to the Mission and Vision of Sydney Catholic Schools
  • Proven extensive experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry
  • Proven experience with networking devices, e.g. routers, switches, wireless LANs access points.
  • Proven experience with audio visual devices, e.g. interactive/non-interactive display, projectors, audio amplifier and A/V control units
  • Proven experience in project managing complex ICT infrastructure projects

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in the Education industry
  • Knowledge of the Catholic School system and faith
