The Executive Director of Catholic Schools invites internal and external applications for the following position:

Location: St James Catholic School, Glebe (full time)

Essential Criteria for applicants:

  • A commitment to supporting a positive religious Catholic school environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage all financial and accounting requirements
  • Advanced level of financial and audit literacy, familiarity with Excel, financial software and the Google platform
  • Efficiency in managing budgets, Monthly reports, processing orders, payments & receipting
  • A highly organised & systemic approach to administration work
  • Knowledge of WHS compliance requirements, First Aid qualification/undertake training
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills & respect for confidentiality
  • Personal qualities of initiative, flexibility, accuracy and diligence in completing all aspects of the role
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to multi-task & maintain a respectful & positive manner to all
  • Capacity to engage and liaise with key stakeholders within and beyond school community
  • Strengths in building community relations
